Protocol

  1. Contact the child’s teacher for classroom concerns (phone, Class Dojo, Remind).
  2. Contact the counselor for personal or private matters.
  3. Contact the PYP Coordinator for IB programme concerns.
  4. Contact administrators if concerns persist or for campus-wide issues.
  5. File a district complaint via the Dallas ISD “Let’s Talk” online form; responses generally within 24–48 hours.

The Complaint Protocol is reviewed annually by the pedagogical leadership team and office staff; revisions are completed by the end of September and posted on the school website.
