Protocol
- Contact the child’s teacher for classroom concerns (phone, Class Dojo, Remind).
- Contact the counselor for personal or private matters.
- Contact the PYP Coordinator for IB programme concerns.
- Contact administrators if concerns persist or for campus-wide issues.
- File a district complaint via the Dallas ISD “Let’s Talk” online form; responses generally within 24–48 hours.
